Things we need
For every participant we need some basic information to be able to arrange everything in the best way. The most important one is the application form with all the vital information like dates, allergies, program, program location, Spanish level etc.
Another thing that is important for interns and some volunteers are a CV or Resume as this has to be presented in the project or organization of choice and many times it helps a lot with a letter from the applicant about what he/she wants to achieve with the program, future goals and studies, hobbies etc as this gives us a better chance of offering the best placement possible.
What documents and information we need for the participants:
Application form - everybody
Copy of passport - everybody
CV or Resume - all interns and some volunteers
Cover letter - all interns and some volunteers
4 passport pictures - only participants that need to register their VISA
School documents - exchange students

Here are some forms and documents with information that are meant help you while talking to and prepare for new applicants. Feel free to change the format and/or add logos as you see fit.
Remember that in the application form everything needs to be filled in and not just left blank so any question that don't apply to the participant should say no or be marked with a X
